Tandem paragliding over Lake Idro

The ideal place for your first time tandem paragliding, guided by qualified pilots.

Tandem paragliding flights are organized by Trentino Adventures, the association that manages the Idroland Fly Zone.

What is tandem paragliding?

Tandem paragliding is a pleasant way of flying while guided by a pilot registered with the Italian Aero Club.

Take-off takes place, after a brief run-up, from a gentle slope; afterwards the flight takes place over Lake Idro, coasting his wildest coasts until landing back on the shore.

Who can paraglide?

Everyone who is at least 10 years old (minors need their parents' consent) and weighing between 30 kg and 130 kg.

You do not need any specific physical conditioning; you only need to perform the initial run needed to take off.

Group flights

Chance to have up to 4 people flying at the same time.

We can give you the chance to fly at the same time as up to three other people.

Awesome idea for spending time with friends, birthday parties or bachelor/hen parties.

SUGGESTED SCHEDULE: we suggest booking your spot for a time between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.

BOOK IT: you need to do it at least 3 days before the planned date, that way you can pay via bank transfer and we can organize everything and check the weather conditions.

The paraglider used is specific for this kind of activity, developed by the best acrobatic paragliders in the world, subject periodically to maintenance checks.

Who can participate?

Anyone who is 10 years or older and weighs between 30 kg and 130 kg (minors need parental approval)

We will screen the participants; to participate in an acro tandem flight you'll need:

Aptitude for flying
Having experienced at least a couple of paraglider or hang-glider flights in the past; need an iron stomach to stand the wind force and the direction changes
Healthy physical state
A dash of folly ;)

Once you have reached Baitoni, you have to turn right at the fire station and follow the signs for Idroland until you reach the landing zone in front of the lake.

From Brennero

Exit the motorway at the Trento Nord junction and follow the road to Riva del Garda until you reach Sarche.

Once there follow the SS237 road to Tione di Trento, then follow the signs to Brescia until you reach Ponte Caffaro.

At the bridge on the Caffaro torrent turn left and follow the signs to Baitoni; at the fire station turn right and follow the signs until you reach Idroland

From Verona or Brescia

Exit the A4 motorway at the Brescia Est junction and keep going until you reach Ponte Caffaro; at the bridge turn right, follow the signs to Baitoni and at the fire station turn right and keep going until you reach Idroland
